Powerful Micro Moments of Self-Care for Parents and Caregivers
Join us for a free Parent Education Class on the topic of Powerful Micro Moments of Self-Care for Parents and Caregivers on Sunday, October 12 from 8:30 – 10 am!
Led by Sheryl Stoller, PCI Certified Parent Coach®, founder and parent coach at Stoller Parent Coaching.
Parents are often told to “practice self-care,” yet the phrase alone can feel like an impossible ask in the midst of daily responsibilities. In this workshop, we’ll flip the script by exploring how your body is already taking care of you—without needing extra hours in the day. You’ll discover how everyday moments are already powerful acts of care.
Together, we’ll name, celebrate, and enhance the positive impact of these built-in habits. We will also identify how to succeed at using boundaries set around yourself with clarity and ease as self care. You’ll leave with simple, non-intimidating ways to ground yourself in the present, nurture your well-being, and carry out boundaries with quiet confidence—no added self-care “to-do” list required.
Children are welcome to attend this parent education session. Museum guides will be present to play with the children as the parents discuss self-care techniques with Sheryl Stoller.
Pre-registration is requested for this free event.
